Living in accordance to God's laws....The Lords Prophetic Vision For The Church:
The Holy Spirit then led me to:
Joshua 1:8-9 AMP
This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall read [and meditate on] it day and night, so that you may be careful to do [everything] in accordance with all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will be successful.
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not be terrified or dismayed (intimidated), for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
I received the following revelation:
Reading the bible is something we should all be doing everyday as born-again believers. However, if you are not living in accordance to God's laws - meditating on His word or praying His word over yourself, then the bible will appear to you as nothing more than a mere history book. Reading the bible is supposed to bring revelation, peace, freedom, growth, edification and comfort to say the least.
Please read the following scriptures the Holy Spirit has led me to use within this post. Meditate on them and start your journey of empowerment, into everything God wants for you.
1 Timothy 1:8-10 TPT
We know that the moral code of the law is beautiful when applied as God intended, but actually, the law was not established for righteous people, but to bring conviction of sin to the unrighteous. The law was established to bring the revelation of sin to the evildoers and rebellious, the sinners without God, those who are vicious and perverse, and to those who strike their father or their mother, sinners, murderers, rapists, those who are sexually impure, homosexuals, kidnappers, liars, those who break their oaths, and all those who oppose the teaching of godliness and purity in the church! They are the ones the law is for.
Romans 8:3-4 TPT
For God achieved what the law was unable to accomplish, because the law was limited by the weakness of human nature. Yet God sent us his Son in human form to identify with human weakness. Clothed with humanity, God’s Son gave his body to be the sin-offering so that God could once and for all condemn the guilt and power of sin.
So now every righteous requirement of the law can be fulfilled through the Anointed One living his life in us. And we are free to live, not according to our flesh, but by the dynamic power of the Holy Spirit!
2 Timothy 3:16-17 TPT
Every Scripture has been inspired by the Holy Spirit, the breath of God. It will empower you by its instruction and correction, giving you the strength to take the right direction and lead you deeper into the path of godliness.
Then you will be God’s servant, fully mature and perfectly prepared to fulfill any assignment God gives you.
Luke 11:52 TPT
“You are nothing but hopeless frauds, you experts of religion! You take away from others the key that opens the door to the house of knowledge. Not only do you lock the door and refuse to enter, you do your best to keep others from the truth.”
Romans 7:8-12 TPT
It was through God’s commandment that sin was awakened in me and built its base of operation within me to stir up every kind of wrong desire. For in the absence of the law, sin hides dormant.
I once lived without a clear understanding of the law, but when I heard God’s commandments, sin sprang to life and brought with it a death sentence. The commandment that was intended to bring life brought me death instead.
Sin, by means of the commandment, built a base of operation within me, to overpower me and put me to death.
So then, we have to conclude that the problem is not with the law itself, for the law is holy and its commandments are correct and for our good.
1 Peter 2:1-2 AMP
So put aside every trace of malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander and hateful speech; like newborn babies [you should] long for the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may be nurtured and grow in respect to salvation [its ultimate fulfillment],
Psalms 119:1 TPT
You’re only truly happy when you walk in total integrity, walking in the light of God’s word.
Psalms 119:2 AMP
Blessed and favored by God are those who keep His testimonies, And who [consistently] seek Him and long for Him with all their heart.
Psalms 119:4 TPT
God has prescribed the right way to live; obeying his laws with all our hearts.
